Q1: What is the Warranty for lift tables?

A1:  Motor and all moving parts come with a full two-year warranty (any trouble and we ship necessary replacement items free of charge). Steel structural frame itself comes with a five year warranty.

Q2: Do you sell desk frame only or with table top together?

A2:  Generally we are just selling frame only. If you really need, we can offer table top together.

Q3:  What is detail information for metal compoments?

A3: 1.8mm thick,power>=120um,metal composition is SPCC.

Q4:: How to initialise your desk?

A4: Press down key and drive to the lowest position until display come out "rst" letters,then release.

      Then re-hold the down key for 5seconds.

       Finally the desk can drive up.

Q5:  If the desk does not drive at all,what to do? 

A5:Check:Is the mains connected to the control box?

  Try/Solution:Try to connect a lamp or similar to the mains supply to check that the supply voltage is OK.

  Check:Are all plugs mounted correctly in the control box and to the leg? Try/Solution:Check all connections.

   Check:Are there any visible damages on cables, controls, the control box or legs?  

   Try/Solution:Damaged parts must be exchanged – contact the company where you bought your desk.

Q6:  What color of the desk can you offer?

A6:   Black,white,gray

Q7:  How to fix table top with desk frame?

A7:   Generally with tap screw is ok.

Q8:  What the aperture of the hole in desk foot?

A8: 8mm.
